Friday, 14th November 2014, Velenje, Slovenia Gorenje Group performance in the period January – September 2014 Gorenje Group's results in the first nine months of this year are better than in the corresponding period of the year before. Profitability and financial strength were both improved. Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to EUR 32.7 million, which is 38.1% more than in the first nine months of last year. Net profit stood at EUR 4 million, which is EUR 22.2 million better than last year when the Group wrapped up the first nine months of the year with a loss of EUR 18.2 million. Net debt was cut by EUR 49.6 million. Gorenje's bottom line was in the black in all three quarters of the year, despite some unexpected circumstances that exerted a notably negative effect on its operations and performance (political crisis in Ukraine, depreciation of Easter European currencies, particularly the rouble, and lower demand for white goods in Russia).

Friday, 10th October 2014, Velenje, Slovenia Gorenje's initial corporate note offering a success On October 10, 2014, Gorenje, d.d., successfully issued 5-year corporate notes with a total face value of EUR 73 million. The company initially planned the total issue of EUR 50 million; however, strong investor interest led it to increase the overall emission amount. The funds raised by the sale of notes will be used by Gorenje to improve the maturity profile of its debt and for partial deleveraging. This is Gorenje's first issue of bonds since its transformation into a public limited (joint stock) company.

Thursday, 21st August 2014, Velenje, Slovenia Gorenje Group performance in the first half of 2014 Following the positive first quarter of the year when Gorenje Group profit reached EUR 1 million, the second quarter bottom line is a further notch higher at EUR 2.1 million. Thus, the profit for the first half totals at EUR 3.1 million, which is consistent with the plan for the year. Improvement over the first half of the year earlier is a result of successful restructuring and better sales. Revenue reached EUR 600.7 million, up 1.8% from the first half of 2013. The steepest revenue growth was seen in Germany, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Great Britain, North America, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Thursday, 10th July 2014, Velenje, Kranj, Slovenia Gorenje signs a debt-to-equity conversion agreement with Gorenjska banka Pursuant to the resolution adopted by Gorenje's 20th Shareholders Assembly, dated August 23, 2013, on the increase of share capital by non-cash contributions, Gorenje and Gorenjska banka signed today a debt-to-equity conversion agreement according to which receivables in the amount of EUR 5,668,365.46 held by Gorenjska banka are to be exchanged for Gorenje stock. Gorenjska banka will subscribe the shares at a price of EUR 4.31 per share, which was also confirmed at the 20th Shareholders Assembly, and thus acquire 1,315,166 newly issued Gorenje shares.

Wednesday, 9th July 2014, Ljubljana, Velenje, Slovenia New long-term syndicated loan for Gorenje Gorenje signed an agreement on a long-term syndicated loan approved by a syndicate of six banks. Friday, 4th July 2014, Velenje, Slovenia Resolutions passed at the 21st Annual General Meeting of Gorenje, d.d. At the twenty-first Gorenje, d.d., Shareholders Assembly held today in Velenje, the shareholders approved the increase of the number of capital representatives in the Supervisory Board from six to seven, and elected the capital representatives for the new term lasting from July 20, 2014 to July 20, 2018. Monday, 28th April 2014 Gorenje Group wraps up the first quarter with profit The restructuring program carried out by the Gorenje Group in the last two years, which included relocating manufacturing operations and restructuring the sales network, has brought about material positive results. Owing to restructuring efforts, higher revenue, and improved structure of sales the Group brought the first quarter of the year to a close with net profit of EUR 1 million. Compared to the equivalent period of last year when the Group saw a loss of EUR 4.2 million, the result is better by EUR 5.2 million. EBITDA amounted to EUR 20.8 million, which is 29% above the figure for the first quarter of 2013. The Supervisory Board addressed the first quarter performance of the Group and its parent company at the session held on April 24.
