Wednesday, 14th December 2022, Velenje, Slovenia By making CCA amendments, the employer and the trade union secured higher basic salaries

Since July of this year, representatives of the employer and the trade union have been negotiating the renewal of the existing Gorenje company collective agreement. Through constructive and meaningful negotiations, both parties have always pursued a common goal, i. e. the long-term and stable growth of our company for the benefit of all stakeholders and focused on reaching an agreement within realistic financial frameworks that will be acceptable to both parties. The employer will invest almost 13 million euros annually (in relation to 2022) in the implementation of the agreement, and correct and, above all, successful negotiations on the renewal of the collective agreement are a good foundation for the constructive continuation of the social dialogue in the coming year. As part of the negotiations, we also agreed on the payment of this year's Christmas bonus, in the amount of 850 euros gross.

Data from the market research institute AVC Revo shows the global shipments of Hisense TV from January to October reached 19.6 million, with a year-on-year growth rate of 18%. This record sales position Hisense the 2nd in the global market, a historical high in the brand's history, and demonstrate its increasingly essential role in the home appliance industry under challenging times.

Wednesday, 9th November 2022, Velenje, Slovenia Hisense block train started regular services from Trieste to Velenje, where we are building a new container terminal

After the successful test transports that we carried out in June this year, in mid-October together with the carrier Cosco, we established a regular Trieste-Velenje railway line, along which a special Hisense container train delivers raw materials and components for our production, which arrive in the port of Trieste on Cosco ships. We are already building a new container terminal in the Velenje industrial park, which is a condition for increasing the capacity of container transport as planned in the future.

Wednesday, 20th July 2022, Valjevo, Serbia Hisense is building a new factory in Valjevo

Hisense will invest over 40 million euros in a new factory for the production of state-of-the-art refrigerators in Valjevo. In the new Valjevo 3 factory, refrigerators of the Hisense, Gorenje and Asko brands will be produced, mainly for export to demanding European markets. We plan to finish the works and open the factory in February next year.

Wednesday, 29th June 2022, Trieste, Velenje Cosco Shipping established a special railway line for container transport from the port of Trieste to Gorenje industrial park in Velenje

On Monday evening, June 27, the first special Hisense Block Train departed from the port of Trieste towards Velenje. This route established by the Chinese logistics giant Cosco Shipping will become a regular one in September. The Hisense train will bring containers with raw materials and components, which arrive at the Trieste port on Cosco's ships, directly to the existing container terminal within the Hisense Europe industrial park in Velenje.

On Thursday and Friday, June 2 and 3, 2022, we are hosting in Velenje, Slovenia, the Hisense Europe Tech conference, where our best research and development teams from all over Europe will present their breakthrough innovations, joined by our R&D partners from research institutions. The conference is the first of the R&D-themed activities which will take place around the opening of the new Hisense Europe R&D Center in Velenje, where we are establishing a global hub for the development of kitchen appliances for the entire Hisense corporation.
