Dear Hisense Europe colleagues,

for today’s issue of the newsletter, Paula Cárdenas Mahne writes about the importance of user experience. Due to coronavirus crisis, brands these days are faced with the challenge how to serve consumers better than ever. From February on she also leads the new department established within the Marketing: Consumer Experience Department and points out its biggest challenges. 

In the interviews, we switched roles this time. We interviewed Denis Oštir, VIDAA global business development director. He describes how he can manage to be in a close contact with business partners although there is a lot of work done remotely through video calls or conferences.

Find out more about complexity reduction and its influence on work efficiency improvement. The project is led by PBM team’s Aleš Bricelj and supported by David Janota. Until now they achieved a reduction of operating codes from 308 to 208 total codes for 15 total SBUs and established a higher quantity and profit. Congratulations, Hisense Gorenje Laundry team!
