He explains how, because of the corona crisis, they have adapted their work by using video conferences. Due to the correct sales forecast of their customers, OEM business did not have many problems related to corona in previous months. Although, he is convinced that the biggest challenges are yet to come. With the aim of improving the business, they are negotiating a lot with new customers, preparing new offers and setting new business models. His word of advice: we need to stay optimistic and find ways how to come out of this disruptive time even stronger.
