The sole shareholder of Gorenje, d. o. o., is the company Hisense Europe Holding GmbH. The bodies of Gorenje, d. o. o., are the shareholder and managing directors.

Managing directors are appointed by a special resolution of the shareholder.

Managing director, who is not the workers' representative, is named Chief Managing Director by a special resolution of the shareholder and they represent the company each solely and without limitations.
