Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board oversees operations of the company Gorenje, d. d., and the Gorenje Group within the powers and responsibilities, established by the law regulations and the Statute of the main company Gorenje, d. d., and performs other tasks within its competence.
 
The Supervisory Board focuses on the business and financial development of the Gorenje Group and the main company Gorenje, d. d., on significant business events and achievements of the overall strategic and business directions.

Supervisory Board consists of seven representatives of capital and four representatives of employees and has formed from among its members four committees: the Audit Committee, the Benchmark Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, the HR Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Current Supervisory Board members, representatives of employees, assumed their respective four-year terms on July 21, 2018. Supervisory Board members, representatives of capital, assumed their respective four-year terms on September 18, 2018.
