Company INGOR acquired GRVG shares

Based upon the Recommendations to the public companies for public announcements (Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d.), we are informing the public, that the company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., , Ljubljana, Brnčičeva ulica 39, SI-1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us on 17 November 2008, that as on 14 November 2008 the company acquired 20,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and following to this the stake of the voting rights increased from  5.4316 % to 5.5742 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or  in total  782,056 GRVG shares.
