The company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., Brnčičeva ulica 39, Ljubljana, 1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us that due to the capital increase of the new 1.876.876 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and acquired by IFC, the stake of the voting rights of the company from the 8th July 2010 decreased from 5.6627% to 4.9945% of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d.
