Slovenian Design Presented during Dutch Design Week in the Netherlands
Yesterday, Mr Leon Marc, the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in the Netherlands , officially opened and exhibition of contemporary Slovenian design
Silent Revolutions featuring also Gorenje. The keynote speaker at the opening was Mr Hans Ibelings, editor of
A10 new European architecture.
The opening was attended by around 200 guests, including representatives of government institutions and foreign diplomatic missions, designers, architects, representatives of companies and Slovenes living in the Netherlands.
In his opening speech, the ambassador pointed out that he was very pleased to hear about the initiative of government institutes, Slovenian industry and the Museum of Architecture and Design for organization of Silent Revolutions exhibition during Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven. The exhibition will be displayed at Temporary Art Centre/Zona Ventosa till Sunday, 30 October.
