Gorenje announces signing of long-term syndicated loan agreement with NLB and SID bank

On September 19 at 2PM, Gorenje President and CEO Franjo Bobinac, NLB management board president Janko Medja, and management board president at SID bank Sibil Svilan will sign in Gorenje Studio in Velenje an agreement on a long-term syndicated loan provided by NLB and SID to Gorenje. After the signing of the agreement Mr. Bobinac, Mr. Medja and Mr. Svilan will be available for comments.

 

Details regarding the syndicated loan will be announced on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange website in the SEOnet system after the signing.
