Gorenje at the Energetika 2013 tradeshow in Belgrade

At the Energetika 2013 tradeshow in Belgrade, taking place from October 8 to 12, 2013 Gorenje presented to the Serbian market for the second year in a row their own solutions in the field of renewable energy resources and efficient use of energy. Gorenje Solar presented their solar power plants and Gorenje Projekt presented the offer of hydro-mechanical equipment and wood biomass co-generation (combined heat and power) solutions in a joint exhibition area spanning 64 square meters.

Gorenje Solar offers a comprehensive range of products and services required for a solar power plant, ranging from the feasibility study, financial plans, and engineering plans, to construction, maintenance, and supervision. More than sixty solar power plants with a combined power output of over 7 MW have been constructed in only four years; thus, Gorenje ranks among the top solar power plant providers in Slovenia. They have decided to offer their expertise and products to investors in Serbia where the abundance of sunshine makes for excellent conditions for such equipment.

In addition, engineering company Gorenje Projekt is presenting their energy engineering solutions. To date, they were active mostly in Slovenian market; as of last year, however, they have stepped up the efforts to go international. They have entered the Serbian market, especially in the field of energy generation from renewable resources. At the fair, they presented their offer of hydro-mechanical equipment for major and smaller hydro plants, and solutions for combined heat and power generation using wood biomass.
