Experiencing Gorenje at the IFA 2017
At the Gorenje booth, visitors have the chance to experience the many interactive technologies creatively showcasing new experiences and possibilities enabled by the extensive range of new Gorenje home appliances.
- Visitors of the IFA 2017 have the chance to be the first in the world to meet and greet Anna, the Gorenje shopping bot and personal shopping assistant. Anna can strike a conversation, answer questions and she invites to take a picture, as she can ‘read’ people’s moods with her advanced facial expression recognition abilities. So, pop by the Gorenje booth 201 in hall 1.1, say hi to Anna and smile for the picture.
- Choose the coolest colour of the IFA 2017! Gorenje is expanding the colour palette in its Retro Collection to make sure even more users can choose their perfect shade of cool. Four Retro fridge freezers in new colours Olive, Copper, Apricot and Apple, will be premiered at the IFA fair and Gorenje invites visitors (and visitors on select local social media profiles1 ) to choose their favourite shade with the help of the colourful retro candy dispenser. Retro refrigerators in people’s favourite colour (or more) will later be launched on markets worldwide. Vote for your favourite and help us choose the coolest colour of the IFA 2017!
- Want to know how it feels to jump like the best ski jumpers in the world? It’s time to find out as the more daring visitors can experience the big Planica jumping hill from a unique perspective: by taking the steepest zipline from the Planica hill in 360˚ view in VR.
- In 2017, Gorenje is also celebrating its 25th anniversary of sponsoring the Slovenian Nordic ski team. To celebrate this important milestone accordingly, Gorenje prepared a special exhibition: an inspiring monumental case displaying sports gear and video interviews with the Slovenia's (and the world’s) best Nordic skiing athletes.
To end the Gorenje and the IFA 2017 experience in style, visitors are invited to take a free ride with the Volkswagen camper van which will take them from the IFA 2017 venue to central Berlin, passing popular Berlin attractions along the way.
