Gorenje at the Furniture and Living Fair
From March 9th to 14th, Nitra, one of Slovakia's oldest and largest cities located the western part of the country, hosted the traditional "Nabytok a Byvanie" (Furniture and Living) Fair attended each year by Gorenje. In addition to kitchen furniture marketed by Gorenje in Slovakia since 2000, major and small appliances of the Gorenje and Mora brands were also presented at the fair this year, as well as the Tiki water heaters and, for the first time, ceramic tiles. Next year, the offer is planned to be rounded up with bathrooms and radiators.
Mr. Bogdan Urh, head of Gorenje Slovakia, commented upon the end of the fair: "As every year to date, the fair attendance was excellent. Judging by the response by the visitors, we are happy to find that we are highly distinctive, not only as a brand but also as the leading innovator in design. Appliances of the Gorenje Ora-Ïto line are still very popular and the visitors were charmed by the new Gorenje Simplicity line, as well as the wide range of colours in refrigerator freezers of the Retro Collection."
Gorenje's exhibition area, extending over 230 square meters, featured thirteen displayed kitchens manufactured in Slovenia and in the Czech Republic. Appearance at the only fair of this kind in Slovakia is very important as it offers an opportunity to present Gorenje's entire comprehensive offer. Thus, customers can be informed about the products in which Gorenje may be less distinctive as a brand than it is in major appliances.
