Information on major holding of voting rights

The company KD Skladi, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o., Celovška cesta 206, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, informed us on 12^th May, 2011, that, on 5^th May, 2011 the fund KD Galileo, fleksibilna struktura naložb has disposed  214,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d. The share of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., decreased from 3.53% to 2.19%.  On 5^th May 2011 the fund KD Rastko, delniški , has disposed  67,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d. The share of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., decreased from 1.46% to 1.04%. On 5^th May, 2011 the fund KD Delniški, dohodkovni, has disposed  56,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d. The share of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., decreased from 0.69% to 0.34%.
