Mr. Kristijan Floričić, informed us on 12 October 2016, that as on 11 October 2016 he acquired 84,000 GRVG shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and the stake of the voting rights increased from 4.906% (1,198,314) to 5.25% (1,282,314) of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d.
