As more than 92 percent of employees decided to work on Monday despite the announced strike, there will be no strike at Gorenje. According to the company's original plan, production workers will therefore receive an extraordinary bonus based on production savings for September, October and November.
The strike announced for October 5 will not take place, and the reward system, as adopted and presented to employees for August, will continue, according to production savings. in September, October and November. The management will inform the employees about the monthly results of the savings in production, which will be the basis for the payment of the extraordinary bonus, before the payment every month.
